We specialize in digital transformation, automation and process integration within companies.Main ActivitiesMapping the market in search of client adherence to our services;Acting as a hunter with a focus on small to large clients in the TECH, retail and services segments;Acting as a facilitator for solving the demands of clients and prospects, interfacing with Meisters' internal areas;Active prospecting;Monitoring and keeping all data relating to the trajectory of clients (companies/opportunities) up to date in the CRM, such as: registration of commercial visits, follow up activities and relevant facts;Presenting services with an emphasis on the prospect's needs, conveying our differentials to them;Conducting negotiations in such a way as to sustain profitable and positive relationships for the company and its clients;Drawing up proposals in the system and following up with the client until closing;Taking part in events to check trends, strengthen networking and identify new business opportunities;Monitoring negotiations, checking the status of implementation and ensuring customer satisfaction.What we offer:Hybrid work (100% face-to-face for 3 months and after mandatory twice a week)Flash card for VT/VR/VAEnglish and/or Spanish courseAn international career with great opportunities for professional growthAn innovative, pleasant and multinational environmentA career in an ambitious and fast-growing companyExchange programHealth insuranceDental planLife insurance

Essential Requirements and QualificationsAdvanced/fluent EnglishUniversity degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Advertising, etc;Knowledge of the technology services market;Experience with SAP consultative sales and others in the technology area;Spanish is desirable
